Bringing expertise together as one

BioVendor Group, a leading European innovator in immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics, announces a strategic transformation of its organizational structure and a unified presentation under the BioVendor Group brand.

Over the past decade, the group has achieved strong growth - both organically and through acquisitions. This has strengthened its scientific expertise, strong innovation capacity, and a presence in more than 100 markets worldwide.

Driving innovation, strengthening support

The transformation represents a decisive shift in how the group operates. BioVendor Group is evolving from an organization shaped around individual companies and regions to a model structured into three global strategic divisions:

  • Immunodiagnostics
  • Molecular Diagnostics
  • Radio-immunodiagnostics

Each division will be led by a dedicated team, closely cooperating with newly established roles coordinating research, innovation, operations, and customer relations.

The new model strengthens BioVendor Group’s ability to respond flexibly to market needs, accelerate innovation, and remain closely connected with customers and partners. This ensures more effective collaboration, better access to solutions, and support built on mutual trust.

One brand, one identity

As part of the transformation, BioVendor Group will also introduce a harmonized brand identity. The BioVendor Group brand will become the unifying element across all market appearances and communication channels. For regulatory reasons, established company names such as TestLine, ViennaLab, and DiaSource will remain visible on product packaging as legal manufacturers. Externally, however, the group will present itself under the single identity of BioVendor Group.
