We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to grow our immunodiagnostics business (ELISA, CLIA, MBA products & technologies) across the region through a network of distributors. This role combines sales, channel management, and scientific expertise, working closely with laboratories, hospitals, and key partners.

What you will be working on:

  • Deliver sales targets and drive market growth,
  • Manage and develop distributor network (performance, joint planning) in EU & Non-EU countries,  
  • Ensure high-quality technical support, service, and product training via distributors,  
  • Support pricing strategy and commercial negotiations,  
  • Participation in international conferences,
  • Build strong relationships with customers and KOLs,
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and CRM updates. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

What is important to us:  

  • University degree in Life Sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, biomedical sciences) preferred,  Alternatively, business degree with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales (diagnostics, medtech, pharma).
  • Proven experience working with distributor/channel models is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of immunodiagnostics is an advantage.  
  • Strong commercial skill & ability to manage partners without direct authority.
  • Fluent English & Czech.
  • Driving licence & willingness to travel (50%),
  • Ability to work in a team
