What you will be working on:

The Product Manager supports commercial growth by providing expert technical-commercial guidance, delivering marketing assets, and managing the full lifecycle of the assigned product portfolio. The role acts as the main contact for product inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service quality and strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support domestic and international sales with product expertise, training, demos, and presentations;
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and contribute to trade fairs, webinars, and customer events;
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and support new product launches and lifecycle management;
• Gather customer insights, identify new opportunities, and collaborate on OEM or product acquisition projects;
• Handle technical inquiries and complaints in line with ISO13485 and support post-market surveillance,
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to profitability analysis and strategic planning.

• Strong scientific/technical understanding of the IVD market,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-focused, structured, and results-driven;
• Able to work independently and in team,
• Fluent in English and Czech,
• Travel flexibility up to 50% (for customer visits and conferences/trade shows);
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in a technical, scientific, or medical field (or relevant experience).
